Organic Vegetable Boxes

Our local organic vegetable box home delivery service is called The Farmer’s Box. Based in Ormskirk, Lancashire, we deliver boxes of fruit and organic vegetables, fresh and direct from the grower, within a 15 mile radius (north of the Mersey), as well as to other areas of Liverpool, Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.

The content of our boxes varies according to season, but we do guarantee that potatoes will be included within the vegetable boxes all year round (unless you request otherwise), along with a selection of the following:
cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, broad beans, french beans, mange tout, sugar snap peas, carrots, parsnips, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mini cucumber, peppers, onions, beetroot, sprouts, lettuce, sweetcorn, leeks, kohlrabi, kale and mooli.

We can also cater for the extra vegetables of your choice, so long as they are available, so please don’t hesitate to ask!

The Farmer’s Box is family-run and our vegetables are packed and delivered by the growers themselves. 75% of all our deliveries are made by environmentally friendly transport, running on LPG (gas). This is to further help ensure a healthy population by generating less poisonous gases in our atmosphere. Electricity supplied to the farm is also green (i.e. wind generated).
